Much appreciated the fact that although we had a long wait, the staff were friendly and let us know at every opportunity how long & when it would be to our next step. Being informed is important. It alays fear and anxiety.
Seating are comfortable.
The toilet extremely clean, but for a larger person/ disabled the sink is quite close to the toilet not much space in between to move
(8 3/4 hours.)
